RETURNS
KANTU strives for your complete satisfaction and gladly accepts unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a refund when items are returned within 14 days from the date the order was received by the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and the unique ID serial number security seal intact—no exceptions. Please note that any return incurs a flat rate fee of $10 to help offset carbon and transport costs.
Your refund for the returned merchandise will be credited back to the original order payment method. Gift returns are credited to a gift card.
Returns are managed by mail. Please follow the instructions below:

Send a refund request to Hola@Kantu.com within 14 days from the time the order was received. Once approved, you’ll receive a return label via email.

Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging or in a package that ensures they arrive in perfect condition at the warehouse.

Print and include your shipping confirmation email.

Note the item(s) you are returning along with the reason for return.

Attach the return label to the original packaging and bring it to the selected carrier.
Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within approximately 10 to 15 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.
Please note that products listed under the SALE category are limited units and cannot be returned or exchanged.
KANTU will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged prior to acceptance by Kantu’s carrier when utilizing the prepaid label provided by KANTU.
